The Woodward 5466-346 is a four-channel actuator driver module that converts digital commands from the CPU into proportional output signals (0-25 mAdc or 0-200 mAdc) for actuator control. It communicates via the VME-bus interface and uses a microcontroller to scale, schedule, and monitor each channel's voltage and current. The module detects channel or load faults, can disable individual drivers, and illuminates a FAULT LED if a failure prevents normal operation.
