Foxboro RH924Y Horizontal-Mount Baseplate for FCP280
The Foxboro RH924Y is a rugged horizontal-mount baseplate designed for the FCP280 controller within the I/A Series DCS. It ensures reliable power distribution, redundancy, and communication in demanding industrial environments. Supporting dual redundant 24 VDC power inputs, EtherMesh ring redundancy, and hot-standby switchover, the baseplate maintains continuous operation and high network availability. It can host up to 32 local fieldbus modules (expandable to 128 via FEM100) and is backward compatible with the FCP270 baseplate for smooth system upgrades. With hot-swappable design, corrosion-resistant 316L stainless-steel construction, and vibration tolerance, the RH924Y simplifies maintenance and reduces downtime in oil & gas, chemical, power, and water treatment facilities.
