The GE IS420ESWAH3A is an IONet Ethernet Switch for the Speedtronic Mark VIe gas turbine control system. It uses Achilles-certified controllers and Fieldbus tech to meet NERC v5 critical infrastructure standards, with 8x 10/100BASE-TX ports and a 100 Mbps FX uplink. Designed for harsh environments, it has a conformal coating, operates at -30–65°C, and withstands 5–95% non-condensing humidity plus UBC seismic vibration. With an MTBF over 4 million hours, it ensures high reliability for turbine control.Key Features:
Robust Connectivity & Standards Compliance: Supports IEEE 802.3/3u/3x, 10/100 copper auto-negotiation, HP-MDIX auto-sensing, and flow control. Integrates IEEE 1588 timing for 1μs packet sync.
Durable Design & Flexible Mounting: Conformal coating resists corrosion; panel or DIN-rail mount with easy access to connections. Compact size: 138x86x56mm.
Redundancy & Diagnostics: Dual 18–36V DC redundant power inputs; dual-color LEDs per port and a power LED for real-time status. 256KB buffer with 4K MAC addresses.
