The GE DS200SHVIG1BFC is a specialized Silicon Controller Rectifier (SCR) High-Voltage Interface Card designed exclusively for GE’s Mark V Turbine Control System—a legacy platform and one of the final GE product lines to integrate the patented Speedtronic control technology. It serves as a critical interface between the drive’s SCR bridge and key components like the PCCA (Power Connect Card), power supply, and instrumentation card.
Its core functionality revolves around signal conversion and voltage management: it accepts low-range input signals and converts them into differential frequency outputs, which are then transmitted to the drive’s power supply card for processing. It also features 17 configurable Berg-type jumpers that provide additional attenuation for line and bridge voltages. Three on-board LED indicators alert operators to blown fuses, enabling quick fault detection.
