GE Mark V DS200CPCAG1ABB CONTACTOR PILOT BOARD
Product Description:
The GE DS200CPCAG1ABB is a Contactor Pilot Card designed for GE’s Mark V Series—a legacy turbine control system used for managing steam, gas, and wind turbine drives, and one of the final GE Mark lines to adopt patented Speedtronic technology. A revised variant of the original DS200CPCAG1 parent board, it primarily supplies power to control the opening and closing of contactors in the Mark V system, functioning similarly to GE’s CDBA board.
Hardware-wise, it features one 12-pin connector, two 2-pin connectors, four terminal blocks, and a 24VDC socket power relay. The terminal blocks enable bidirectional signal flow—some wires transmit processed signals from the board, while others receive signals for processing. Notably, it lacks manually configurable jumpers, limiting customization but simplifying setup.
Key Features:
Contactor Control Core Function: Supplies power to operate Mark V contactors, mirroring the functionality of GE’s CDBA board for consistent system compatibility.
Streamlined Hardware Setup: Four terminal blocks and fixed connectors eliminate jumper-related misconfiguration risks, simplifying installation.
24VDC Relay Integration: A dedicated socket power relay enables reliable contactor control, though its moving parts demand careful handling during maintenance to prevent damage.
Bidirectional Signal Support: Terminal blocks facilitate both signal input (for processing) and output (post-processing), serving as a critical signal hub for contactor operations.
