The GE DS200EXPSG1ACB is a Bulk Power Supply Board part of GE’s Mark V Turbine Control System series—one of the final Mark iterations to integrate GE’s patented Speedtronic technology. It is a revised version of the original DS200EXPSG1, featuring two functional updates and one artwork revision, designed to deliver bulk power for Mark V turbine control systems.
Physically, it includes key hardware: a reset button, 3 fuses, a green status LED, 3 9-pin connectors, multiple capacitors, and test points for circuit troubleshooting. A single Berg-type jumper (JP1) is present but strictly for manufacturing testing—no user adjustment is permitted. Its core logic is managed by a 5C060 programmable logic device. Installation requires power removal from the board, verifying zero power at all connections, and following manual-guided connector unplugging—critical due to potential damaging surface voltages.
