The GE IS200SPROH1ABC is an Emergency Protection Terminal Board designed for GE’s Mark VIe control system, manufactured in the U.S.and engineered for turbine safety. Measuring 15.9 cm × 17.8 cm with surface-mount technology, it operates across -30 to 65°C, specializing in conditioning speed signals for PPRO or YPRO I/O packs—ensuring accurate turbine speed monitoring.
Key to its functionality are two potential transformers that supply bus and generator voltage inputs, critical for electrical system monitoring and turbine-generator synchronization. It includes a DC-37 pin connector for backup trip protection system communication, linking to a backup trip relay terminal board to enable fail-safe tripping if the primary system fails. It integrates with primary protection components to form a comprehensive safety layer. Installation options include DIN-rail mounting for flexibility or direct panel bolting for stability; wiring uses 18 AWG wires for speed/PT inputs, and the I/O pack mounts directly to its JA1 connector.
