The GE IS220PCLAH1A is a 4-channel Core Analog I/O Module belonging to the Mark VIe Series, designed for distributed control systems—primarily supporting aero-derivative gas turbines. Manufactured in the U.S., it operates on 28V DC across -30 to 65°C, featuring 16-bit A/D converter resolution for precise analog signal handling.
Its core function is to supply critical analog I/O for engine operation, integrating with SCLS/SCLT terminal boards. It supports diverse control configurations: dual/simplex controllers with TMR/simplex I/O. Installation involves mounting SCLS boards, direct PCLA connection to J3/J4, DIN-rail or cabinet mounting for SCLT, and 68-pin cable links. Operation relies on two circuit boards: a shared Mark VIe processor board and a BCLA acquisition board, ensuring seamless compatibility with all Mark VIe I/O packs/controllers and frame rates.
