Product Overview

The GE IS230TDBTH6A(IS200TDBTH6ABC) is a powerful Discrete Input/Output Terminal Board in the Mark VI series, designed for TMR  systems with DIN-rail or flat mounting. It accepts 24 group-isolated contact inputs (nominal 125V DC) and features 12 Form-C relays, expandable via an optional WROBH1 board. Equipped with 49 metal oxide varistors (MOVs) and input filters, it suppresses surges and high-frequency noise, ensuring signal integrity in harsh industrial environments.


Compatible with Mark VI systems, it connects to three PDIO I/O packs via D-type connectors, communicating with controllers over Ethernet each pack linked to R, S, or dual controllers. Installation involves mounting on a sheet metal carrier with 12-24 AWG wiring to two 48-terminal blocks (TB1 for relays, TB2 for inputs). It lacks hardware jumpers, while the WROBH1 option uses 6 jumpers to control relay power.
