Product Overview
GE IS200TDBTH2ACD designed for simplex industrial control systems. It handles discrete signals with 24 contact inputs and 12 Form-C relay outputs, suitable for non-redundant setups.
Accepting 24, 48, or 125 V DC wetting voltage from external sources, its inputs feature noise suppression to resist surges and high-frequency interference. Compatible with PDIO I/O packs, it connects via D-type connectors for Ethernet communication with controllers.
Installed on DIN rails or in cabinets via sheet metal carriers, it uses #18 AWG wires wired to 48 terminal blocks (TB1 for relays, TB2 for inputs). Shields terminate separately. With no hardware jumpers, it simplifies setup, ideal for manufacturing and power sectors needing reliable simplex discrete signal management.
