A 19-inch mechanical case with cover plates, accommodating up to 18 l0 modules configured in pairs. The chassis has 21 slots (each 4TE wide), numbered from 1 to 21. Slots l to 18 are available for l0 modules, configured in pairs. The l0 modules in odd-numbered slots and the l0-0001 module in slot 20are controlled by Control Processor 1. The I/O modules in even-numbered slots and the l0-0001 module in slot 21are controlled by Control Processor 2. Slot 19 is not used.
